About ► I am a lawyer (solicitor) licensed in England, and work at a boutique telecoms, media and technology law firm in the City of London. I specialise in media and communications law. I am currently studying to become dual-qualified as an attorney in California as well.
Experience ► intellectual property; commercial contracts; information technology and financial services (including payment services and the PSD2); e-Commerce and marketing; privacy and data protection (GDPR, PECR); mergers and acquisitions; corporate finance; public companies and high growth companies.
Education ► City Law School, University of London (LPC), London School of Economics & Political Science (MSc), Washington State University (BA), and the Annie Wright School.
Background ► I grew up in the Seattle area, in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. I also spent about six years living in Germany, and speak German fairly well. In 2011 I moved to London, where I met my husband the following year. When I’m not in the office, I’m usually at the gym, out for a nice meal, or curled up on the couch with a glass of wine.
