About ► I am a lawyer (solicitor) admitted to practice law in England & Wales. I specialise in media and intellectual property law, and have a passion for the creative industries – especially fashion and film. My professional interests include e-commerce, copyright, trade marks and brands, reputation management, advertising and artificial intelligence, internet governance, privacy and digital rights.
Education ► City Law School, University of London (LPC), the London School of Economics & Political Science (MSc), Washington State University (BA), and the Annie Wright School. Further details on my qualifications can be found on my timeline page and LinkedIn.
Background ► I grew up in the Seattle area, in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. I also spent about six years living in Germany, and speak German fairly well. In 2011 I moved to London, where I met my husband the following year. I worked as a paralegal for a few years before qualifying as a solicitor in 2018. When I’m not working, I’m usually on my Peloton bike, exploring my neighbourhood in South London, or curled up on the couch with a glass of wine.
